Superbuy Spreadsheet FAQ

Clear answers to the questions behind your next find.

About the spreadsheet

What this website offers and where your next click takes you.

What is a Superbuy spreadsheet?

A Superbuy spreadsheet is a product-discovery list that organises seller leads, categories and reference prices. This website presents that idea as a browsable directory: explore products, compare alternatives and open the current listing for more detail. Ordering through a shopping agent is a separate process.

Is this the official Superbuy website?

No. Superbuy Spreadsheet is an independent product directory and editorial website. We do not operate Superbuy, manage its customer accounts or handle orders. For a purchasing, payment or parcel question, use the support available in your actual agent account.

Can I download a Google Sheet or CSV?

This version is a web directory. We do not currently offer a downloadable Google Sheet or CSV. Use the categories or the search page to browse the available selection and open any listing you want to investigate.

Prices & listings

Understand what the product-card figures include.

Do the product prices include shipping?

No. Product-card prices are item references. They exclude Chinese domestic delivery, international shipping, optional services and other applicable charges. Keep a separate delivery budget and check the current order and parcel quote before paying.

Why might the current listing show a different price?

The directory uses a catalog snapshot, while seller prices and available options can change. A displayed range may also cover several variants. Confirm the selected colour, size, quantity and included pieces in the current listing; the reference shown here does not reserve stock or lock a price.

Is the displayed USD amount a live payment rate?

No. It is a catalog estimate intended to help compare item prices. It is not a live exchange rate or a confirmed checkout amount. The currency conversion and any charges shown by the provider when you pay may differ from this reference.

Sizing, photos & reviews

Read product images and buyer comments with the right context.

How should I choose a clothing or shoe size?

Start with the chart for the exact listing and clarify what each number measures. Compare it with a similar item you already wear, using the same units and measurement method. A familiar size label or another buyer’s “true to size” comment is not a universal fit guarantee.

Are the product-card images QC photos of my order?

No. The cards show catalog product images. Warehouse photographs attached to an order in your agent account concern the item purchased for you. Seller photos, public buyer photos and your own warehouse photos serve different purposes.

Can a photograph prove authenticity, materials or performance?

A photograph can help you examine visible features, but it does not by itself establish authenticity, composition, durability, warmth or electronic performance. Read the current seller information and ask a specific question or request an appropriate check when the detail affects your decision.

Are the buyer stories reviews written from your own orders?

The buyer stories describe individual Reddit authors’ accounts and preserve their original context. Reported prices, sizing choices and delivery experiences belong to those purchases. Our editorial notes are separate from the buyer’s observations; we do not present those products as tested by our team.

Orders, shipping & returns

Know which questions belong to the current order and parcel.

Can I place or track an order on this website?

This website helps with discovery and comparison. It does not run a checkout, collect payment for products or manage parcels. Complete purchasing and shipping in the relevant provider account, and use that account for order enquiries, tracking and after-sales requests.

Can every listed item be purchased through Superbuy?

We have not verified purchasing eligibility for every listing. A product’s appearance in the directory does not establish that the agent can buy it or that a shipping route will accept it. Confirm the exact item, seller and contents with the provider before paying.

How much will shipping to the US, UK or Europe cost?

There is no single quote that applies to every parcel. The destination, contents, packed weight, dimensions and available route all matter. Use current provider information for your own shipment; another buyer’s reported freight cost or arrival time is not a quote or guarantee for your order.

Can I return an item after it reaches the warehouse?

Eligibility, deadlines and costs depend on the seller, purchase type and applicable service terms. Raise a specific question promptly while the item is still at the warehouse. A storage allowance does not extend a seller’s return window, and you should not assume all purchases offer the same options.

Using the website

Search, image matching and the content you can explore here.

Do I need an account to browse the directory?

No account is required to browse products, use the website’s search or read the guides, blog and buyer stories. An external provider may require its own account when you choose to order. That account is separate from browsing this directory.

What is the difference between the blog and the buying guides?

The buying guides explain practical topics such as costs, sizing, warehouse photographs and shipping. The blog offers editorial comparisons, case analysis and wardrobe observations. Buyer stories keep a third role: they follow a particular person’s reported purchase and photo journal.
