First-order process at a glance
Use the directory to compare products, then open the product page and identify the original seller listing or the available Superbuy order link. Confirm the exact option in Superbuy before paying. Review the warehouse item when it arrives, then choose the contents, packing and route for a separate international parcel.
Find and compare products in the directory
A spreadsheet is a collection of product leads. Our web directory makes those leads easier to browse with categories, product photographs, reference prices and a saved shortlist. Finding an item here is the beginning of your research: the seller’s current listing is where you check the exact product and available options.
Start with a purpose rather than a large shopping list. You might need everyday trainers, a warm outer layer or a T-shirt in a particular colour. Save a few alternatives that solve the same need. Comparing three jackets with similar measurements is more useful than collecting twenty unrelated links without checking their details.
Our catalog photographs identify product references. Seller information and the agent’s order feedback help you assess the listing, while photographs attached to your own warehouse order are used to review the item purchased for you. Keep those sources distinct as you move from discovery to ordering.
Follow the purchase, warehouse and shipping stages
Superbuy’s beginner tutorial follows this sequence: choose a listing and variant, pay for the item and domestic delivery, wait for purchase and warehouse inspection, then select stored items for an international parcel. Tracking and receipt follow dispatch. International shipping is a separate stage of the order.
Track the stage beside each order: purchasing, awaiting warehouse review, ready for a parcel or dispatched. This makes it clear whether the next task is an item question or an international-shipping decision.
Open the product page and identify the seller link
Open the selected product card to reach its current catalog detail page. Identify the original seller’s product link, or an available link that opens the product in Superbuy. A directory category URL and a catalog detail URL are different from the seller’s original listing. If you cannot locate the source link, ask the listing provider for it before attempting an order.
Superbuy’s tutorial explains pasting a supported seller product link into its search bar. If you follow a link that already opens Superbuy, confirm that the resulting page shows the intended item and seller. If automatic import fails, use the manual shopping-agent form when offered, or ask Superbuy which submission method is available for that listing.
Before proceeding, compare the imported or manually entered details with the seller’s listing. The checks below apply to the exact option you intend to buy. A successful page load alone does not confirm the selected variant, current price or purchasing availability.
- Check that the photograph matches the option you intend to buy. A gallery may contain several colours or product types.
- Record the exact colour name, seller size label and quantity. Keep the original option text when a translation could be ambiguous.
- Look for a measurement chart for that specific listing. A brand name or a size you normally wear is not a substitute for its dimensions.
- Check whether the displayed price changes when you choose a size, colour or bundle. A starting price may describe a different option.
- Save the listing URL and the date you checked it. A screenshot of the selected option helps if the listing later changes.
Confirm the variant and submit the agent order
The official workflow asks for colour, size and quantity and provides an order-enquiry channel during purchasing. Use that channel for a concrete question about your order, rather than relying on a general comment elsewhere.
For an order that needs clarification, write a specific note: “Please order the navy option, seller size L, quantity one. Please confirm that the detachable hood is included before purchase.” Use the actual option text and resolve any essential seller question before confirming the purchase.
| Field | What to keep |
|---|---|
| Listing and variant | Current URL, colour, size label, quantity and included pieces |
| Fit reference | Seller chart plus measurements of an item you already wear |
| Budget | Item cost, domestic delivery and a separate freight allowance |
| Next action | Question to ask, photo to review or decision still outstanding |
From seller link to order, QC and parcel

Record the source listing, colour, size and quantity.
- 2Review your item
Resolve photo and measurement questions.
- 3Plan the parcel
Compare packing and the current route quote.
Check your item in the warehouse photos
When you have photographs of your own order, compare them with the option you recorded. First check identity: the right item, colour, size label, number of pieces and any promised accessories. Then inspect the visible details that matter for that particular product.
A wide photograph may show the overall shape while leaving a zip, label or measurement unreadable. Name the missing detail in your request: “Please show the size label and the cuff on the left sleeve.” This gives the warehouse a specific view to supply and gives you a clear result to review.
Choose one next action for each item: ready to consider for shipping, awaiting information, or asking about after-sales options. Do not treat an unanswered question as approval just because other items have already arrived.
Choose parcel contents, packing and delivery
A shortlist describes individual products; a shipment combines contents, packaging, a destination and a route. Before selecting a parcel, decide what must stay protected and whether any unresolved item should wait. Save the address and contact information carefully, including the postal code.
For a seasonal purchase, work backwards from when you need it. Allow separate time for the seller, warehouse review and international transport. A Halloween outfit or Christmas gift needs more planning than a non-urgent basic, and another buyer’s delivery time is not a dependable deadline for your order.
Compare packing scenarios as well as products. A shoe box may be useful for protection or gifting, while unnecessary outer packaging can add bulk. Ask about suitable packing for your contents rather than assuming the smallest possible parcel is always the best choice.
Keep listing, order and parcel records together
Keep the original listing, chosen variant, order reference, inspection questions and parcel reference in one place. If a question develops later, this record is more useful than a screenshot of a product card without the seller or option attached.
Once the parcel arrives, compare the contents with your order while the packaging and labels are available. Keep relevant photographs if there is a discrepancy and use the provider’s current after-sales process. Update your own sizing notes with what actually fitted, rather than turning one successful order into a rule for every seller.
First-order checklist: ready to buy and ship
- I can identify the exact listing, option, quantity and pieces included.
- I have compared meaningful measurements and written down any missing information.
- My budget includes a separate shipping allowance rather than only the item price.
- I have reviewed my own warehouse item and resolved the questions that affect keeping it.
- I understand the packing choice and have checked the available route for my destination.
- I have kept the order and parcel references so I can follow the next stage.
